Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. This role also involves assisting with general facilities maintenance when needed. Most of the equipment is unique to the plant, and candidates will receive on-the-job training for the first two months.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines.
Assist with general facilities maintenance as required.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on various machines and systems.
Conduct electrical maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience as a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician.
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Strong mechanical maintenance skills.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
Proficient in using hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with industrial maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, dusty, and a little dirty. Working hours are typically from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with occasional weekends and the possibility of working 50-60 hours per week initially. The goal is to reduce hours by adding another skilled maintenance technician to the team.
