National Dentex Dental Lab Technician - Implant Technician in Manchester, New Hampshire

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX H & O Dental Lab in Manchester, NH, for a Dental Laboratory Technician - Implants.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Receive and stock inventory items

  • Perform inventory count.

  • Provide telephone and written technical support to dental offices.

  • Initial Quality Control

  • Prepare estimates.

  • Order implant parts.

  • Communicate with Production Manager, Fixed Manager and CAD CAM Manager on a daily basis.

  • Ensure all implant parts ordered are pre-billed/invoiced correctly and timely

  • Perform other related duties as required.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Must be computer proficient.

  • Must have understanding of Inventory Processes.

  • Knowledge of Implants is helpful.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask

  • Detailed and organized

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

  • All materials utilized by production and maintenance in the laboratory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, bending, sitting, reaching for extended periods of time.

  • Good manual dexterity

  • Vision capabilities: attention to detail and/or color
