ROLE BRIEF
We have an exciting opportunity for a Video Technician and content producer in our newly opened broadcast studio in Manchester. This person will be a skilled Video Technician and editor but will also be a self-starter who can work on their own initiative. You will be a key member in the development of our new studio working with our Content Manager remotely from Ireland. This is an important role in our growth in the UK and we are hoping for a start date as soon as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate PTZ remote cameras, audio devices and lighting equipment
Live broadcasting of events hosted from our Manchester wellbeing studio
Editing and post-production of video content
Uploading content to our online portals
Quality check and analysis of online content before release to clients
Analysing portal user data to help determine future content direction
Contributing to brainstorming sessions and helping develop our content plan
Contribute innovative ideas that bring our content to life across social & digital channels
Lead & direct a video project team and take responsibility for the completion of projects
REQUIREMENTS
Experience of Adobe Creative suite, including Premiere Pro and Audition
Experience of VMIX broadcasting software is essential
A flair for video editing and production
Proven problem-solving ability
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
A creative thinker with attention to detail
Knowledge of video social channels, TikTok, Reels, Stories etc.
DESIRABLE
Qualified to Degree or Diploma level or relevant experience
Experience in broadcasting and/or event production
A passion for health and wellbeing and experience in the industry

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
