Incubeta UK - Client Account Director in Manchester, United Kingdom

The Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Client Director to support our rapidly growing media and technology business in the UK.

As a Client Director at Incubeta, you will be responsible for delivering strategic excellence across key agency accounts. Similarly, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' business objectives, the digital marketplace, our agency services, and building a client plan which delivers exceptional marketing solutions that exceed expectations.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they would build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering a more integrated client/agency partnership.

Client Planning is a new team within Incubeta, and though we have a detailed vision and plan, we are looking for opinionated and knowledgeable people who want to influence how we deliver excellence. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to shape the role they are going to fulfil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy -leading digital strategies that deliver growth for our clients. Incorporating knowledge of their business challenges, the digital marketplace, clear objectives, evidence based rationale, best-in-class measurement and a compelling narrative

  • Client relationships- developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and acting as their primary point of contact for all matters relating to their digital marketing needs

  • Business Understanding - Gain a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, target audience, and marketing goals to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions

  • Campaign Delivery - Oversee the successful execution and implementation of digital marketing strategy including measurement and testing strategies

  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions

  • Growth & Performance - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand the scope of existing services to maximise revenue and enhance client satisfaction

Key skills

  • Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency

  • Deep understanding of the digital marketplace, platforms, channels and strategies

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously

  • Leadership abilities

  • Results-oriented mindset, constantly striving to achieve and exceed clients' goals
