Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our brands, such as Sharpie, PaperMate, DYMO, Parker and others, remain top of mind for consumers. You will manage the product portfolio across various channels in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for brand campaign consistency, and 'go to market' strategies that delight both consumers, shoppers and retailers.

You will be part of broader UK&I Cluster Marketing Team, managing two direct reports.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Portfolio Management : Collaborate with regional, Insights & Category development and sales teams to build a portfolio that meets consumer and retailer needs.

  • Annual Go-to-Market Plan : Develop and execute yearly go-to-market tactics including NPD (core & promotional), brand campaign platform, media laydown (in collaboration with Social & Comms team) and in-store activation.

  • Brand Consistency : Ensure all media and promotional materials align with brand guidelines.

  • In-Store Activation : Oversee the execution of in-store displays and retail media bookings.

  • Perfect Launch and Monitoring : Manages and monitors all aspects of NPD and brand campaign launches to ensure best in class execution, including collaboration with the Demand team to ensure product supply meets the increased needs from activation uplift.

  • Team Management : Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven 360° marketing experience in FMCG or CPG sector.

  • Experience with major retailers and media partners.

  • Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint

  • Willing to travel domestically 20-30% of the time
