Worsley Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club is recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to take responsibility for all Culinary operations at the Hotel. This includes the Hotel Restaurant and Room Service operations, two Bars and extensive Banqueting.
The successful applicant should have previous experience of managing teams in Hotel Kitchen Operations, in addition to a hands on approach, be a strategic thinker and have a passion for Culinary excellence.

Participates in the budgeting process and meeting/exceeding financial targets
Manages department controllable expenses including food cost, supplies, uniforms and equipment.
Communicates and upholds the importance of Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures including covid 19
Provides direction for menu development, including working with customers to accommodate guest specific needs
