Innomotics is looking to hire a Service Contracts Coordinator for our internal customer service sales team. This person will be responsible for managing existing and new service contracts, including the quotation of service contracts and services. This person will be working closely with our sales managers, service team and service contract customers. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the successful candidate would work on average 3 days a week from our office in Greater Manchester.

About the role

A snapshot of your day would include but not be limited to:

  • Quotation of new and renewal service contracts

  • Ensure all contracts are in date and manage renewals with the external sales team.

  • Manage all scheduled activities within a service contract including preventive maintenance visits by Field Service Engineers.

  • Management of preventive maintenance visits ensuring all required parts and equipment have been supplied.

  • Review field service engineer reports and ensure follow up items have been captured and sales recommendations are quoted to the customer.

  • Creating and sending service request guidelines to customers

  • Quotation of global inter-company service contracts with service teams from other Innomotics country regions.

  • Arranging quotations and orders from back-to-back service contract suppliers.

  • Quotation of field service engineer visits and training.

  • Use of SAP system for booking service contracts and quotations.

  • Management of service contracts using our CRM tool.

  • Set up of Inspire IQ digital service contracts using our digital service platform IQ Suite.

  • Arranging tax feedback with our tax consultants for overseas cross border service.

  • Ibase management – keeping our customer asset Ibase register up to date for service sales activities.

Skills required

  • Good organisational, logistical and planning skills.

  • Proactive problem solver.

  • Good commercial awareness.

  • IT skills using MS Word, MS Excel.

  • Experience using SAP and CRM tools would be an advantage but not essential. We would provide training as required.

  • Basic sales experience working with quotations and purchase orders would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Customer focused.

  • Good communicator.
