A manufacturing company in Manchester is looking for a CNC Machinist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience setting up and operating CNC Mills and Lathes. Experience with Mastercam programming is a plus. Must also have some experience inspecting and measuring parts with manual gages.
salary: $62,400 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Setup and operate the various shop equipment including but not limited to CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, manual mills and lathes, grinders, and saws, using vises and fixtures.
Understands CNC Programs
Mastercam knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in Cutting Tool Selection, Speeds and Feeds.
Ability to make tool adjustments and changes.
The essential functions of this role include:
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
