Reyes Holdings Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee in Manassas, Virginia

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a 1st Shift Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the faclity located in Manassas, VA.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st Shift Pay: $23.00-$26.00 based on experience and qualifications

    Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee works alongside maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance that meets regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting on building equipment

  • You will be r esponsible for remodeling and refurbishing interior and exterior property while keeping areas clean and organized

  • Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee s m onito r and m aintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory

  • This role also u se s a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks , i ncluding o perat ing a forklift to a ssist in heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs

  • O ther duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 plus years of related experience

  • M ust be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License

    Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Technical School Certification
