Job Purpose
Location: India
This position provides first level hands-on support of IT systems and applications for internal customers.
Essential Functions
90% - Maintain queue of trouble tickets and escalate as appropriate - resolve trouble tickets; responsible for timely and effective closure of hardware and software issues including new hire and departure coordination
10% - Coordinates new hire and departure process - creates and assigns tickets as appropriate
Experience/Background
2 to 3 years of experience
Work Environment
May require the use of cell phone for communications during regular and after business hours
Requires some after hours/weekend work
Considerable amount of keyboard data entry require
