Saint-Gobain Technical Service Representative in MALVERN, Pennsylvania

The technical service representative provides support to both internal and external siding customers. Additionally, there is direct collaboration with the Product Management and Contractor Engagement teams on creating technical support documents.

The position involves managing customer technical requests by logging them into a CRM system and providing resolutions. There will also be frequent collaboration with the Product Management and Contractor Engagement teams on technical documents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fielding calls from customers and logging necessary information into Salesforce for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.

  • Actively seeking out and providing answers to customer questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.

  • Closing the loop on customer questions by providing comprehensive resolutions and ensuring that their concerns have been fully addressed.

  • Managing the full lifecycle of customer questions, including communication via email, phone, and chat, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

  • Working closely with the product management team to review and edit technical documents, ensuring they are accurate, informative, and reflective of the latest updates.

  • Qualifications: - Associate degree required- Bachelor’s Degree preferred- 3 years of construction industry experience, with a focus on siding installation as a plus- Customer Service experience
