Vanguard Solutions Consultant, Specialist in Malvern, Pennsylvania
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team supporting a large enterprise platform migration from an on-prem platform to a cloud/SaaS solution.
You will be responsible for managing and tracking the overall migration plan for over 100 clients, building successful relationships with clients, eliciting business stakeholder ownership/buy-in, end user training and documentation, updating and sharing overall progress with IT and business stakeholders, guiding junior analyst on the team, and preferably provide hands-on technical configuration and system administration in the SaaS/PaaS environment.
Partner with the business to advise on technology, education, and process innovation for meeting business goals. Respond to client needs and propose ideas for enhancements.
In this role, you will:
Build productive working relationships with key partners to ensure recommendations and priorities are understood by all impacted parties. Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to champion optimal solutions. Act as an advocate for change.
Assist in the translation of business problems into strategic and cost-effective technology solution alternatives. Leverage broad IT knowledge to research emerging technologies and apply to business problems. Create blueprint capabilities for software, middleware and hardware deliverables. Ensure all deliverables comply with IT policies and procedures.
Partner with business and IT leaders to align business initiatives, priorities, and schedules based on strategic business and IT plans.
Create and manage the capability blueprint for one or more lines of business and its product owners as the business and the industry evolves. Develop deep knowledge of the business area(s) supported and the competitive landscape to provide context for decision-making.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of business functions. Combine technical and functional knowledge to produce highly functional solutions to business problems.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What it Takes:
Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years of development experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
