What

you'll

do:

Key Responsibilities:

The PMO organization

is responsible for

managing strategic projects for the Bank.

The Senior

PM/

CM

will

oversee

multiple

,

complex

enterprise project

s

and

is responsible for

creating and managing project plans, stakeholder regis

ter, Issue/Risk log, communication plans for

changes

impacting

one o

r

more business units

,

implementing/execution

plans

and successful

project/program

delivery.

and a strong leader who can foster collaboration and promote informed decision-making.

 

Responsibilities:

  • * Lead and manage P roject planning and execution from inception through execution and close. Hold stakeholders accountable for any tasks assigned to them that would help the project progress.
  • * Provide weekly status updates including project health (milestones, budget updates, risks/ issues and mitigation )
  • * Collaborate cross-functionally with project stakeholders in all departments of the Bank , to partner and support in developing project timelines, key milestones, budget , resource requirements identify and resolve issues.
  • * Create and manage communication plan ning and execution . Conduct change impact analysis, go live readiness, stakeholder management and value realization .
  • * Obtain signoffs on phase gate completion and conduct lessons learned post project completion.

     

What do you need?

  • * Bachelor's Degree required / Master's Degree p referred
  • * 1 0
    • years of senior project management experience
  • * 3
    • years change management experience required .
  • * 5 + years' experience in the financial services industry
  • * Strong communication and project management skills
  • * Expert skill level with the waterfall project management methodology .
  • * Expert skill level with Agile Frameworks ( Scrum Kanban etc. )
  • * Expert in monitoring the progress of projects and addressing issues as they arise, ensuring project s stay on track, within scope, and within budget.
  • * Stron background in project reporting with the ability to provide weekly status updates that are concise, accurate , and easy to process and understand.
