Vanguard Lead Financial Analyst in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Vanguard's Enterprise Finance team is responsible for driving optimal capital allocation decisions through best-in-class planning and reporting processes, ultimately enabling executive leadership to deliver enduring value to our fund shareholders.

The Lead Financial Analyst role on our team plays an integral role in fulfilling this mission by building strong relationships with peer teams and senior leaders across Finance, developing compelling stories and analyses that influence our CEO, CFO, Sr. Staff, and the Board, and improving upon our team’s processes, making them more efficient and robust.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver regular Board and CEO reporting via the 10Q/K and Enterprise Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Establish and deploy subject matter expertise on Vanguard’s business performance, corporate strategy, and financial results to create presentations for senior leaders that inform decision making.

  • Engage appropriate resources to support requests from senior leaders, determine appropriate sources of information, collect, compile, interpret, analyze and summarize results.

  • Support the development and growth of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years financial services industry experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Economics or Finance degree preferred. Graduate degree preferred.

  • CPA, CFM, CMA, or other financial designation preferred.
