BAYADA Pediatrics is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides in Chester and Montgomery counties! We work one-on-one with special needs children and provide personal care in the home and school settings. BAYADA believes our clients come first and our employees are our greatest asset. Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
Minimum one year of personal care experience in a supervised setting or
Certificate of at least 75 hours of home health aide training or
Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board or
Completion of medical-surgical clinical rotation in nursing school
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aide:
Activities of daily living
Light housekeeping
Bathing
Grooming
Toileting
Nail care
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
Oral feeding
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
Medication assistance
