Description
Global leading, manufacturer is looking to staff a FP& A Manager with proven complex reporting expertise. In this role, you will take appropriate steps to forecast the annual financial plan, create annual budgets, oversee data analysis team, perform variance analysis, analyze complex financial information, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting, consolidate reporting packages, develop business intelligence tools, monitor risks and revenue opportunities, process month-end close, analyze financial transactions, provide financial analysis, and assist with developing a long-term financial and strategic plan. The ideal candidate for this position will have a significant analytical skillset and firm quantitative abilities.
Major Responsibilities
· Create annual budget plans
· Review general ledger activities
· Provide financial analysis
· Budgeting & Forecasting
· Analyze, research, and compare data
· Contract Review/Analysis
· Prepare dashboard reports
· Oversee revenue recognition initiatives
· Develop investment strategies
· Recommend cost saving initiatives
Requirements
The ideal FP& A Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the FP& A Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 5+ years of FP& A experience in a leadership role
· Manufacturing industry experience required
· Advanced Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables/V-Lookups
· SAP experience is preferred
· Data Mining/Power BI is a major plus
· Light Travel
