This AP Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Corporate AP group with day to day AP functions such as invoice processing, three way match and supplier invoice analysis, exception research and remediation. Job Description: - Accounts Payable processing within Oracle Cloud - Three way match - Supplier invoice analysis - AP exception research and remediation - Identify the accounting treatment for non-purchase order invoices - Initiate supplier payments - Create pivot tables, vlookups within Microsoft Excel Best vs. Average: - Oracle Cloud - Services industry experience - Bachelor's degree

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree - Three+ years of experience processing AP invoices within an organization greater than $250 million in revenue - Three+ years of experience with three way match within an organization greater than $250 million revenue - Three+ years of experience with supplier invoice analysis, AP exception research and remediation, identifying the accounting treatment for non-purchase order, invoices, and initiating supplier payments - Three+ years of experience with an ERP such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, JDE, NetSuite, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, or similar (can be in conjunction) - Three+ years of experience with creating pivot tables, vlookups and basic formulas
