Your Role
As a National Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our footprint in Sweden. You will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with our clients. You will collaborate with various teams across the country to offer comprehensive solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ambition to tap into new market potentials and achieve our Vision 2030. In this role, you can be based at any of Kuehne+Nagel’s offices in Sweden.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with our market potential and growth ambitions.
Increase awareness of Kuehne+Nagel services among current and potential customers, leveraging our innovative DigitalEcosystem and Living ESG initiatives.
Analyse customer interactions and report on sales performance to enhance future development, aligning with our Roadmap 2026 goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop new and existing services in collaboration with the Customer SolutionsTeam, focusing on market potential and growth.

Your Skills and Experiences
Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong MS Office skills.
A customer-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
