Position Summary:

Join our Perth-based team and use every ounce of your skills within the field service arena to compete in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines and exceed customer expectations
Responsibilities:
Determine root causes of technical issues and develop flawless solutions; collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement new processes and technologies;
Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively addressing and resolving intricate technical issues,
Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance
Work collaboratively with internal teams, Third Party Comntractors and customer to meet serivce objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering preferably within the biomedial or scientific instrumentation arena
Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a customer-focused environment
Proficiency in diagnosing and maintaining scientific instruments
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
The ability to travel up to 30% of your time interstate
