Generate subscription renewal and expansion estimates that are aligned with pricing and discount policies
Partner with sales teams to facilitate adjustment request to improve customer experience
Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements and supporting tools
Provide support and mentorship to the sales team in order to ensure order terms are managed effectively
Support both critical initiatives and ad-hoc sales organization needs
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations
Experience with CRM/SFA. Knowledge in Oracle NetSuite is a distinct advantage
Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a business subject area is preferred
Career Level - IC1
Responsibilities
