Positions in this job family have responsibility for financial accounting (statutory/GAAP Accounting), investment, cost accounting, accounts receivable/payable, etc. This family also includes all positions responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, audit, tax and treasury, health care economics, and any financial support of a business department, excluding billing, underwriting, actuarial, pricing and network pricing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops, performs, and manages analyses of business/financial metrics and performance measures
Develops and maintains financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
Develops, performs, and manages all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Works closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
Leads in the financial management of capital, operating expense and develops metrics, benchmarks and analytics to guide the appropriate investment in infrastructure
Timely and effective delivery of KPI and KRI reports, business dashboards and other metrics as required by the business unit
Function as a Business Partner to Capability Leaders with the expectation of immersing and understanding Operations dynamics and metrices, while also serving to be the bridge between Operations and Corporate Finance
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
At least 15 years of experience and at least 10 years experience in the BPO industry particularly in the area of FP&A
Experience in managing, analyzin and reporting monthly financials
Experience in creating and delivering executive level presentations
Knowledgeable in Accounting Tools such as Great Plains is an advantage
Proven excellent oral and written English Communication Skills
Proven ability to articulate business strategies and formulate concise solutions to complex problems
Proven ability to effectively drive results in a dynamic, matrixed environment with a high degree of organizational change, growth and ambiguity
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working in or business partnering with Operations is an advantage
Work Details:
Willing to be assigned in One Ayala Makati
Willing to work on mid-shift between 3PM-12MN
Hybrid Work Set-up, willing to report onsite
