Senior Account Executive

What the day will look like

Growth and Business Results

  • Accountable for performing the in-country Health Solutions growth plan and focused on business results and growth.

  • Leading, managing and performing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.

  • Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.

  • Handle revenue, profitability, and timely billing and collection (working capital) for each client.

  • Shared ownership of the Pipeline with Health Solutions Sales Leaders.

  • Coordinate, align and focus best resources to pipeline opportunities.

  • Stay on track and increase year on year client retention ratio.

  • Develop customized solutions to address the client/ prospect needs

    Client Ownership

  • Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales, client retention, and relationship expansion.

  • Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.

  • Maintain knowledge of groundbreaking products and ideas in the benefits arena (both on the life, and medical, flexible benefits, benefits administration and other people solutions)

    Operational Excellence

  • Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform.

  • Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.

  • Review, benchmarking, and analysis of claim utilization data to identify areas of over-utilization, and provide recommendations for cost management opportunities

  • Handle client records including but not limited to policy copies, utilization, invoices etc.

    Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.

  • Build on the strengths of the team, developing HiPo talent and address the gaps in expertise.

  • Acting as support and escalation points for team members.

  • Monitor service delivery of Account Executives.
