What the day will look like

  • Work with Aon finance systems to manage administrative aspects of all business partners as instructed.

  • File all official documents to enable ease of access and adherence to Aon global policies.

  • Maintain relevance of share point sites for our internal colleagues

  • Manage various email boxes proactively providing partners and colleagues information to support business development.

  • Assist team with updates, reporting, data and analytics.

  • Support team with partner management

    We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Regional Partnerships Management Assistant at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities.     As part of a Health Solutions (HS) regional the role is to work with in Regional Health and in country teams to set up and manage business administration for the Product & Partnerships team. The role is work with internal stakeholders and external business partners to coordinate and manage the administrative tasks to support business adherence to policy and business growth.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Degree holder (preferably in Marketing or Communications)

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a marketing team

  • Experience in insurance sector an advantage

  • Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good command of English with ability to develop persuasive copy

  • Curious, and eager to learn

  • Able to work across diverse cultures

  • Proactive in taking ownership and driving initiatives to completion
