About the Role:

As a CBRE Pricing Analyst, you will work closely with sales and solutions team to support and manage the regional sales pursuits and will report to Associate Director.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help reinforce and ensure proper governance procedures were in place for deal sign off

  • Work closely with commercial managers, sales team, business leaders, etc., and provide timely support to help make critical decision on sales strategy for new business

  • Actively communicate with country representatives for pricing and costing information updates

  • Set up and maintain a systematic commercial database for historical closed deals as well as prevailing benchmarking data for countries in the region.

  • Assist in pricing and costing process for regional as well as global response on new business proposal

  • Follow up with divisional business leaders/local commercial contacts/sales client solutions team on pricing and any other commercial related queries or issues.

  • To assist with post bid coordination with change management team (transition of new business) to ensure smooth transfer of knowledge and tracking actual performance and contract negotiations

  • Develop in-depth understanding on country specific labor costing and overheads allocations

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practice experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
