Insight Global Administrative Assistant in Maitland, Florida

Job Description

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Contracts team in Maitland, FL. This role will be supporting their contracts and office management departments. The key requirements of this position will be advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe products, well-developed communication skills, and the ability to proactively and independently complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment. This is an ideal position for professionals who want to support a small team of highly skilled contract professionals. You will proactively and independently assist contracts personnel with the administrative side of the contracting process, from the initiation of an engagement and throughout the life of the contract, with a keen understanding of protecting high level and sensitive information. You will also manage small office, including sorting and delivering mail, facilitating any building related requests, and planning meetings/events for Deputy Business Unit President and other senior management personnel. We are looking for someone with well-developed communication skills with ability to interface with multiple levels of operations personnel, management, and administrative staff are required, including experience with written communication in email and letter formats. The potential for the title of Executive Assistant is possible dependent on experience. This is a hybrid position that will require a minimum of (4) days in office on a weekly basis, with remote work on Fridays barring any office events. This position is targeting a pay rate of $22/hr. with goal to convert to a permanent employee after 6 months.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience (preferably in a consulting services or law firm)

  • Advanced experience with data entry and tracking/reporting.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, including the ability to create complex formatting, templates, and tables.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, including managing forms.

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • High sense of urgency and desire to follow through on all tasks. - Experience with Smartsheets null
