Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
What you will do:
Lead team in the development of project charters and comprehensive management plans
Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope. Create detailed work breakdown
Develop and manage detail project Gantt chart. Identify major workstreams, dependencies, and critical path
Develop risk management plan for the project – Identify, understand, and analyze risks, and develop and monitor risk response plan
Collaborate closely operations, engineering, and quality to understand customer needs and ensure successful project implementation
Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time
Builds successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments
Estimate and assign project team resources – define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member
Develop stakeholder management plans for the project – identify, analyze, and understand stakeholder expectations
Deliver project report outs to Sr. Leadership. Communicate project status, achievements, risks, timeline, and budget
Hight emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure. Adaptable and able to resolve conflicts
Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and communicates changes, updates and decisions to key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
4+ years of post-grad work experience
2+ years of PM experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent
