Description

The Assistant Residential Program Manager (ARPM) is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to house staff. He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance.

Oak Road Westis an all-female house made up of seven awesome middle-aged ladies and very caring staff! The ladies love to shop, go out to eat, walk around the neighborhood, have spa days, or just sit on the deck at home while soaking up the sun. The home is a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom split level home in Mahopac off of Secor Road in a very loving and family-oriented neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk to Lake Secor. A Bachelor degree and one year experience in the DD field is strongly preferred OR an AAS degree and two years supervisory experience in the DD field. Some supervisory experience preferred. Additional education/training in psychology, social work or related field may be substituted for experience in DD field. Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with others. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.

HOURS: 40 hours weekly - Tuesday 12p-8p, Wednesday 9a-5p, Thursday 12p-8p, Friday 12p-8p, Saturday 8a-4p

Starting Salar y: $20.92 - $23.02 per hour plus additional shift differential as applicable

Minimum Requirements
