Use of and tools, power tools, and equipment. Lay sod, planting, dig and rake. Sprinkler system installation and repairs. (3) months experience, no education required, no training available. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 Lbs. Employer will offer 40 hours per week, depending on weather conditions. no overtime available. Schedule: Monday through friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM workers are needed from April 1 2025 through October 31 2025. Work will be performed in multiple cities in Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Tooele counties. Workers will be paid no less than $20.26 per hour. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on Fridays bi-weekly, by check. Employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law. if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to the subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported to the workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment of reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $14.00 per day during travel to maximum of $64.00 per day with receipts. Workers will report to shop location in Magna, Utah. Employer will provide transportation from shop to worksites and back to shop on a daily basis at no cost to the workers. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, included those mandated by the government incurred by the H-2B worker. Except passport fees. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the work days in each 12 - week period of the total employment period.
