Werkstudent administrativer Support (m/w/d)
Standort: Magdeburg
Start: ab sofort (20 Wochenstunden, befristet für 1 Jahr)
IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS
Sie unterstützen im Bereich Verkauf und Montage im Servicegeschäft.
Dazu gehört die Akquise von Neukunden und die Recherche von neuen möglichen Kontakten.
Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie in der Übernahme und Betreuung von Kunden aus dem Bereich Neuanlagen.
Sie übernehmen allgemeine Büro- und Schreibarbeiten.
Dazu gehören u.a. die Vorbereitung und Verfolgung von Angeboten.
Zudem nehmen Sie Terminabstimmung mit Kunden vor.
IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG
Sie befinden sich in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studium.
Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sind Sie versiert.
Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch Ihre schnelle Auffassungsgabe und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
Sie begeistern durch Ihre Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke.
Sie haben keine Scheu vor direktem Kundenkontakt.
Sie haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
