In dieser Rolle arbeitest du im IBM Client Innovation Center Germany (CIC), wo wir tiefgehendes technisches Know-how und Industriekenntnisse in einer breiten Palette an Kundenprojekten im Öffentlichen Sektor zum Einsatz bringen. Unser CIC bietet lokal ansÄssigen Unternehmen technische Expertise, um Innovation voran zu treiben und neue Technologien zu implementieren.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

• Einbringen von technologischer und methodischer Expertise in das agile Projektteam

• Integration, Built- und Releasemanagement in einer Cloud-Umgebung (v.a. Red Hat OpenShift)

• Mentoring von Teammitgliedern: Motivation, Inspiration, Untersttzung und Orientierung des Teams

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Tiefes praktisches VerstÄndnis und Fachexpertise im Bereich DevSecOps bzw. IT-Sicherheit

• MehrjÄhrige Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, zum Beispiel durch Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Tools wie Jenkins, Maven, Git und Tekton

• Erfahrung mit Red Hat OpenShift und Container-Architektur sowie -Betrieb z.B. auf Kubernetes

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Tiefes VerstÄndnis im Bereich moderner agiler Softwareentwicklungsprozesse von der Konzeption ber Entwicklung, Test, Rollout und Betrieb

• Kenntnisse in skalierten agilen Frameworks, bevorzugt SAFe
