To support the business by maintaining databases, executing and delivering daily reports, designing and/or recommending new tools, training and supporting end-users and maintaining system protocols by writing and updating procedures and documenting tools.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• To support his/her superior in the analysis and presentation of “Regional Data”

• To maintain on daily basis the business data bases ensuring the correctness of the data by performing sanity checks.

• To execute and deliver daily reports supporting functional heads to manage their region including maintaining reports documentation.

• To participate in the design of new tools by analysing business requirements including writing specifications and documentation of the tools, supporting the development project team by identifying project milestones and establishing and/or monitoring the project progress and Budget

• To perform ad-hoc reports and analysis by gathering and analyzing relevant information and evaluating the output requirements and formats.

• To recommend controls by identifying data management problems and developing improvement procedures.

• To participate in the ERP and tools councils acting as a moderator to the end-users.

• To support end-users acting as a trainer and/or consultant providing help desk support.

• To keep information confidential.

• All other duties as relevant to the post

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Highly numerical and analytical skills.

• Highly Excel Skills.

• QlikSense or Power BI knowledge.

• SQL Knowledge.

• BI and / or Data Science experience.

• Ideally some operational experience.

• Ideally some ERP (SAP and / or D365) experience.

• Sound verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
