Location: Spain, Barcelona
Target start date: 01/05/2025
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Dupixent Customer Engagement & Project Coordinator VIE in our Marketing team you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business outcomes. You will lead and deliver customer-focused initiatives while ensuring effective project execution. This hybrid role combines expertise in customer journey design and engagement strategies with robust project management skills.

Main responsibilities:
Analyze and map customer journeys across all touchpoints to deliver seamless and optimized interactions that align with business goals.
Co-create content strategies with Brand Leads to ensure personalized, tailored customer experiences while meeting regulatory standards.
Leverage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals while maintaining effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Track project progress, ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget, and prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders.
About you
Experience :
- Proven expertise in both customer engagement and project management, with a focus on creating customer-centric solutions and managing cross-functional teams.
Soft and Technical skills:
Strong leadership qualities.
Organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to foster collaboration and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Google Analytics).
Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Start-Up).
Education :
- Master’s degree in in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.
Languages :
Fluent Spanish (written and verbal).
Fluent English (written and verbal).
