Commercial Operations Manager (d/f/m)

As a leader in the MedTech industry, Johnson & Johnson offers a great opportunity for professionals interested in making a significant impact in the field of surgical ophthalmology . In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving regional commercial process improvement within our Surgical Vision business. We are seeking a candidate who is skilled in change management, able to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and lead without formal authority. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives within the commercial operations function.

  • Partner with senior leaders from various departments to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving processes.

  • Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

  • Navigate and resolve conflicting objectives across different functional departments.

  • Apply change management principles to drive and maintain improvements.

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and progress.

  • Employ data-driven approaches to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and measure outcomes.

  • Develop and present proposals for improving processes, including analyses of potential benefits.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial operations team.

  • Demonstrate strong work ethics and display a solid understanding of business practices in all tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within MedTech, preferably experience within the surgical ophthalmology industry.

  • Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in change management methodologies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to effectively engage individuals at all levels.

  • High proficiency in data analysis and the use of data to drive decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority and navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of accountability and ethics.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
