Airline Technical Services Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our CAE Parc Airline Technical Services Department. Your primary responsibilities will involve upholding the airworthiness, reliability, and safety standards across our different projects. You will also work towards streamlining maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates. Your role will entail project assignments across our department, where you will be dedicated to delivering efficient and tailored solutions for each of our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess ADs, SBs and other Regulatory/OEM documents to ensure aircraft comply with the applicable maintenance and airworthiness requirements as per the customer CAMO team requests

  • Engineering orders drafting and validation

  • Enter the maintenance requirements in the IT Maintenance Management System

  • Ensure aircraft data import in the maintenance management system has been completed appropriately and address no non-compliances.

  • Executing various projects as assigned by the Fleet Technical Management Leader

    Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years+ in technical roles in Airline’s Technical Services or CAMO

  • Technical Knowledge of the Boeing or Airbus aircraft

  • Knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. 2018/1139, (EU) No. 748/2012, (EU) No. 1321/2014, and (EU) No. 965/2012 and related regulations and procedures.

  • Experience working with AMOS or other Maintenance Software.

  • Excellent English

  • Ability to simplify complex processes and write procedures

  • Ability to communicate data / KPI based results.

  • Technical knowledge and experience with python as programming language.

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Airbus and Boeing Gen Fam Courses.

  • Self-motivated and efficient either individually or as part of a team.

  • Willing to travel when required.

  • Flexible approach to work.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions.

  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

  • Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to learn new technical knowledge and adapt those new concepts to business solutions.
