Anytime Fitness Personal Assistant in Madisonville, Tennessee

Job Summary: The Personal Assistant for Bryan Hurst of Anytime Fitness in Madisonville, Tennessee will provide administrative support to the franchise owner and management team. This is a part-time, individual contributor role with an hourly compensation rate of $16.25. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the franchise. Compensation & Benefits: The Personal Assistant at Anytime Fitness will receive a competitive hourly wage of $16.25, paid semi-monthly. In addition, the Personal Assistant will have access to employee discounts on gym memberships and merchandise. This is a part-time position and does not include benefits such as healthcare or retirement plans. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the franchise owner and management team - Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the franchise owner and management team - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Maintain and organize franchise records and documents - Coordinate and schedule staff meetings and trainings - Assist with customer service inquiries and concerns - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment - Other administrative tasks as assigned by the franchise owner or management team Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of administrative experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion - Must be able to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of the fitness industry and Anytime Fitness brand is preferred but not required EEOC Statement: Anytime Fitness is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
