Job Description Summary

The GE Aerospace facility in Madisonville, KY produces a mix of more than 800 unique High Pressure Turbine Blades and Nozzles in support of 37 aircraft engine programs.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Production and prototype Tool Management
Standard Work development and/or improvements
Machine programming and program offsets for production machines
Cycle time Analysis for process improvements using Lean strategies
Driving Root Cause and Corrective Actions for your production lines
Daily Management on providing information concerning your production lines performance
Integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university ( or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing and/ or Manufacturing Engineering Specialist experience)

The base pay range for this position is $75,500 - $94,300. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 24, 2025.
