This position manages the daily execution of technical support for assigned accounts, which involves communicating regularly with account leads and interacting frequently with customers on projects, process, and problem solving throughout product development stages and post-production. A strong technical and scientific knowledge of confectionery products is needed to educate, promote, and sell products by demonstrating, discussing, and designing new products with the customers\' unique requirements in mind.
