JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties: Assisting in filling any immediate needs or interviews in all divisions oThis would include making outgoing calls to generate interest in position or to make follow up calls to ensure employee is still reporting to assignment as scheduled Daily sales calls to potentially new clients oTargeting a minimum of 20 new clients to make initial call to regarding our services Following up on previous calls to potential clients oDevelop a spreadsheet which indicates and records your previous sales activities Reviewing and contacting employees for interviews oCalling and recalling applicants from walk in or job fairs that have completed the preapplication form looking for work. It should be a goal to set up at least 3-4 interviews a day if possible to help build the labor pool. oLooking back in database for employees that have been previously registered and update their information and availability for work Cold calls oVisiting a specific area that has multiple potential clients that may utilize temporary employees Networking oAttending as many job fairs as possible at either the State of Wisconsin Job Center or any of the schools and colleges * Compile and keep personnel records. Record data for each employee, such as address, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports, and date of and reason for termination. May prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements are a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Pre-employment drug screening and background check are also required.
