About the Role

The Senior Content Maintenance Manager oversees the Osmosis Content Maintenance Program as a part of the Healthcare Education Team. This program includes proactive and responsive content maintenance and oversight of content revisions for all Osmosis content types. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Osmosis Content Maintenance Program for all Osmosis content. This includes the medical and nursing content and relates to the maintenance of scripts, videos, assessment items, high-yield notes, and other content forms. Maintaining our high quality education products

  • Performing responsive and proactive maintenance and systemic content revisions

  • Planning, prioritizing and maintaining content as described above

  • Working amongst diverse interprofessional teams on the medical education, nursing education, and creative teams to execute content maintenance plans

  • Communicating progress and updates with internal stakeholders

  • Ensuring content consistency and alignment both within the Osmosis content library and the Elsevier product portfolio

  • Ensuring all Osmosis content is created based on evidence-based principles of learning design

  • Performing content maintenance on other Elsevier assets as requested

Requirements

  • Possess a healthcare, terminal medical or healthcare degree (MD, DO, PA, NP, DNP or equivalent).

  • Have clinical and/or educational experience in healthcare environments.

  • Be experienced in development, implementation, and/or maintenance of curricular activities based on evidence-based principles of learning design.

  • Be adaptable. You are flexible and versatile with changes to projects, goals, and strategies.

  • Have a solutions-oriented mindset and a biased towards solving problems.
