JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer\'s Prevention (WRAP) and Brain Biomarker Lab is seeking a Research Program Coordinator to innovate and meet the strategic and operational needs across our portfolio of Alzheimer\'s Disease and Related Dementia research studies, services, and staff. The Research Program Coordinator will work closely with the Research Operations Manager to facilitate communication, collaboration, workflow optimization, process development, and strategic priorities in our lab while also engaging with external research partners including those in the Wisconsin Alzheimer\'s Institute (WAI) and the Wisconsin Alzheimer\'s Disease Research Center (ADRC) housed within the Department of Medicine and Division of Geriatrics. Responsibilities: Plans and coordinates the administrative, operational, outreach and promotional activities related to research studies that may be collaborative and independent. Serves as a subject matter expert. 15% Coordinates the daily activities and contracts related to one or more research program(s) 10% Assists in the development, coordination, and facilitation of trainings and workshops for internal and external audiences to disseminate research program developments and information 25% Plans, develops, and implements processes and protocols to support research aims 30% Serves as a unit liaison and subject matter expert among internal and external stakeholder groups, collaborates across disciplines and functional areas, provides program information, and promotes the accomplishments and developments of scholars and research initiatives 15% Monitors program budget(s) and approves unit expenditures 5% Develops policies, procedures, and institutional agreements on behalf of the program Institutional Statement on Diversity: Diversity is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation for UW-Madison.
