Job Description: Responsibilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Finance support to MP\'s and TL\'s including budgeting, WIP and AR management, financial statement review, reporting/analysis, forecasting, and other areas as needed. Provide strategic leadership to the firm by ensuring the finance department is acting as a business partner in addition to being a resource. Provide financial guidance and support to partners and managers regarding business unit objectives and compliance with firm directives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree required. Five (5) to eight (8) years of related work experience required. CPA License preferred. Ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, and main maintain confidentiality while proving exceptional client service and quality. Ability to work independently with technical competence in accounting. Demonstrated effective leadership skills, along with organizational, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills.
