JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hiring a Recruiter! Job description Service First Staffing is adding to our Wisconsin staff. We currently have 16 offices in Wisconsin and do over 90 million yearly in revenue. We are looking to add a recruiter to our Madison location. We work with some of the most prestigious industrial clients in the state. We are rapidly growing in the Madison Market Good backgrounds include people with previous recruiting experience in the staffing industry, people with experience in industrial hiring or people who have strong customer service skills. We CAN TRAIN. Our recruiters work in a fast paced environment and our compensated generously. (Salary+ commission plus bonus). Should have excellent customer service, good computer skills and be able to multi task. Bi-lingual ability is huge bonus. Previous recruiting, staffing experience or high volume hiring is ideal. Recruiters will recruit and screen candidates and make recommendations to clients. We primarily work in the industrial and clerical fields. We place candidates for direct hires, temp to hire and long-term projects. Must be able to deliver good and bad news consistently. Will have a lot of communication with candidates and clients. Must be able to communicate effectively using various methods. We offer generous compensation plan, advancement opportunities and unlimited earning potential. You will not be micro managed.
