We are proud of the recognition we have received from local and national organization regarding our culture and workplace: WPS Newsroom - Awards and Recognition Role Snapshot As our Proposal Manager, you will support our WPS Federal Business Development (BD) strategy through development of competitive proposals and the pursuit of federal healthcare contracts. The Proposal Manager ensures a proposal is compliant with all RFP requirements and oversees proposal production and delivery activities. As an individual contributor, you will be a critical, foundational member on the BD team and will tackle projects and proposals of varying size. Your primary focus will be: Leading proposal development efforts that include volume leads, technical writers, graphic artists, and production support. Collaborating with our capture team to understand the win strategy and to ensure RFP responses clearly convey proper business perspectives, key messages, value propositions, and differentiators against our competition. Supporting proposal development efforts through persuasive writing for federal, state, and/or commercial customers. Collaborating with internal stakeholders throughout the BD lifecycle from business development to capture to proposal activities. How do I know this opportunity is right for me?
