As a Project Manager in our Science and Technology Market at our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Responsibilities Here\'s why we need you: In this role, you will lead major Science and Technology/ Life Science projects, develop client relationships, deliver projects according to client needs and budget, lead concept development of building systems, and guide a team of engineers from project conception though occupancy. You will also participate in project interviews, providing high-level client service, establishing long-term partnerships, keeping abreast of market trends, and ensuring successful resolution of all technical and service issues. Qualifications Expertise of our most successful Project Manager: BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Professional engineering registration. 10+ years in the consulting environment, designing complex HVAC building systems or leading design projects for Science and Technology/ Life Science facilities, across MEP disciplines. Successful management of large and complex projects for sophisticated client\'s healthcare, laboratory, infrastructure, higher education, industrial, or R&D facilities. Demonstrated leadership on projects and with staff. Long history of very satisfied clients, specifically within the Science and Technology market.
