JOB REQUIREMENTS: Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist Adult Acute - 31636 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : Per Diem Position, variable shifts, Monday - Friday shifts between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex patients admitted to the acute hospital in the domains of speech, language, and cognition. 2. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans. 3. Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center. 4.
