JOB REQUIREMENTS: Patient Scheduling Lead - Transplant - 27264 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Lead to: * Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues, training, education communication and problem solving. * Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff. * Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff. * Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone. Preferred - Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
