ECO PAINTERS LLC Painter's Helper in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Eco Painters LLC is seeking to fill eight (8) temporary, full-time peakload Painter\'s Helper positions for April 1, 2025 - November 1, 2025. Worksite: 5101 Hackney Way, Madison, Wisconsin 53714 and in multiple sites through Waukesha, Sauk, Grant, Ozaukee, Dodge, Jefferson, Dane, Lafayette, Green, Iowa, Richland, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Rock, Washington, Columbia, Racine, and Walworth (WI) Counties. Job Duties: Help painters, paperhangers, plasterers, or stucco masons by performing duties requiring less skill, including: Supplying or holding materials or tools; Cleaning work area and equipment; Apply protective coverings, such as masking tape, to articles or areas that could be damaged or stained by work processes; Erect scaffolding; Fill cracks or breaks in surfaces of plaster articles or areas with putty or epoxy compounds; Smooth surfaces of articles to be painted, using sanding and buffing tools and equipment; Mix plaster, and carry plaster to plasterers; and Place articles to be stripped into stripping tanks. Requirements: No education required or experience required. Special Requirements: Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Terms and conditions of employment: \$18.63hr, 40 hours/week, Overtime available at \$27.95 per hour. Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-5:00PM. Raises and bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employees will be paid weekly on Friday. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. On the job training available. Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Painter\'s Helpers will report each day to the worksite. They will then be transported, free of charge, from the work site to job sites in the counties specified. They will then be returned to the worksite at the end of each work day. The employer will make all deductions from worker\'s paycheck required by law and no others without written consent from worker. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows: If needed, employer intends to assist foreign and non-local U.S. workers hired pursuant to this job order to secure optional worker-paid lodging not to exceed reasonable fair market value cost based on number of occupants. Housing-related expenses are paid directly to facility owner/operator and are not payroll deducted. Truck provided for drivers\' use. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per ay with receipts. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: No education required or experience required.
