The Occupational Therapist I shall plan and administer occupational therapy evaluation and treatment programs in alignment with the Wisconsin State Practice Act.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

  • Satisfactory completion of clinical work as required by the university attended.

  • Previous work experience which indicates successful ability to assume responsibilities within a team context.

  • Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

  • CPR Certification.

  • Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License.

  • NBCOT certification

  • Exceptional oral and written communication

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner.

  • Successfully demonstrate proficiency with the skills defined by the needs of the patients on the caseload.

  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful working conditions.

  • Proficient computer use and application (intranet, word, excel, keyboarding, share point, email, etc.).

  • Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more years of experience in comparable role.

  • Experience with computerized documentation systems.
