JOB REQUIREMENTS: Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Acute Care - Per Diem - 30374 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: Per diem, day shift. Weekdays may vary. Shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Minimum requirement of two (2) weekend shifts per month. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to: * Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to complex pediatric patients (infant to adolescent) in the acute care, inpatient rehab, and NICU settings. * Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based patient and family treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and discharge plans. * Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center. * Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one\'s own practice and educate others. * Assume additional responsibilities for program development and process improvement. Preferred Master\'s degree. Work Experience: Preferred Two (2) years prior relevant experience. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
