We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer/Designer/Architectural Engineer in our Madison, WI office. As a Mechanical Project Engineer/Designer/Architectural Engineer this role will support the technical building systems design for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection across multiple projects. This individual will act as the primary liaison for mechanical engineering consulting between IMEG and the client with the responsibility of engineering technical correctness for the work they and those assigned to them complete. This position offers a highly flexible working schedule including opportunities to work from home two days a week depending on location. Fully remote positions, for Wisconsin residents will be considered. This position does require 20-30% travel in the state of Wisconsin. Principal Responsibilities Act as Lead Engineer on projects and is able to perform complete mechanical systems design (for a discipline) according to code; Specify equipment based on project needs and available technologies; research resources for commercially available equipment;.
